15 On page 5 of the bill, between lines 2 & 3,

17 insert:
18 Section 2. Subsection (5) of section 601.155, Florida
19 Statutes, is amended to read:
20 601.155 Equalizing excise tax; credit; exemption.--
21 (5) All Products made subject to the taxable
22 privileges under this section, which products are produced in
23 whole or in part from citrus fruit on which an equivalent tax
24 is levied pursuant to s. 601.15 grown within the United
25 States, are exempt from the tax imposed by this section to the
26 extent that the products are derived from oranges or
27 grapefruit grown within the United States. In the case of
28 products made in part from citrus fruit exempt from the tax
29 imposed by this section grown within the United States, it
30 shall be the burden of the persons liable for the excise tax
31 to show the Department of Citrus, through competent evidence,
