  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to public records; expressing

  3         the legislative intent to enact legislation

  4         exempting information relating to threats of

  5         bioterrorism from the public-records law;

  6         providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact

11  legislation providing an exemption from the public-records law

12  for information relating to threats of bioterrorism.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
