  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to building designations;

  3         designating a building under construction in

  4         Tallahassee as the "Elaine Gordon Children's

  5         Medical Services Building"; directing the

  6         Department of Health to erect suitable markers;

  7         providing an effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11         Section 1.  Elaine Gordon Children's Medical Services

12  Building designated; Department of Health to erect suitable

13  markers.--

14         (1)  The children's medical services building of the

15  Department of Health under construction in Tallahassee is

16  hereby designated as the "Elaine Gordon Children's Medical

17  Services Building."

18         (2)  The Department of Health is directed to erect

19  suitable markers designating the Elaine Gordon Children's

20  Medical Services Building as described in subsection (1).

21         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

22  law.
