16  insert:  Section 6.  Notwithstanding any provision of the

17  Florida Statutes providing for a waiver of sovereign immunity,

18  neither the State, its agencies, subdivisions nor employees of

19  the state, its agencies, or subdivisions shall be liable to

20  any person for negligently causing death or personal injury

21  arising out of complying with Section 944.355.
