17         Section 6.  "Notwithstanding any provision of the laws

18  of the State of Florida providing for a waiver of sovereign

19  immunity, neither the state, its agencies, subdivisions nor

20  employees of the state, its agencies, or subdivisions shall be

21  liable to any person for negligently causing death or personal

22  injury arising out of (1) the administration of an HIV test or

23  (2) the contracting of HIV or AIDs while incarcerated in this

24  state."
