17         Section 6.  Notwithstanding any provision of the

18  Florida Statutes providing for a waiver of sovereign immunity,

19  neither the state, its agencies, subdivisions nor employees of

20  the state, its agencies, or subdivisions shall be liable to

21  any person for negligently causing death or personal injury

22  arising out of complying with this act.
