  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to Enterprise Florida, Inc.;

  3         expressing the intent of the Legislature to

  4         enhance the operation of Enterprise Florida,

  5         Inc.; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

10  enact policy changes relating to Enterprise Florida, Inc., to

11  enhance the operation of the principal economic-development

12  organization for the state and thereby promote business

13  development and employment opportunities for the benefit of

14  the residents of the state.

15         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

16  law.
