  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Department of Elderly

  3         Affairs; expressing the legislative intent to

  4         enact legislation relating to the department;

  5         providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact

10  legislation relating to the Department of Elderly Affairs.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2002.
