13         Amendment 

14         On page 27, lines 14-29,

15  remove:  all of said lines,

17  and insert:  determination to the commission. Any such appeal

18  shall be filed with the commission within 14 days after the

19  board's written determination. The commission shall promptly

20  refer the appeal to the Division of Administrative Hearings

21  for the assignment of an administrative law judge. The

22  administrative law judge shall conduct the required hearing

23  within 30 days and shall enter a recommended order within 30

24  days of the conclusion of such hearing. The commission shall

25  enter a final order within 30 days thereafter. The provisions

26  of chapter 120 and the uniform rules of procedure shall apply

27  to such proceedings. The local government adopting the

28  amendment that is subject to challenge has the burden of

29  proving that the amendment complies with this paragraph in

30  proceedings before the compliance review board and the

31  commission, as applicable, which shall conduct a hearing under
