  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to criminal justice; expressing

  3         the legislative intent to revise the laws

  4         relating to criminal justice; providing an

  5         effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise the laws

10  relating to criminal justice.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2002.
