  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to continuation of government;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to amend

  4         provisions of law to provide for the

  5         continuation of government during emergencies;

  6         providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to amend provisions

11  of law to provide for the continuation of government during

12  emergencies.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
