14         On page 10, line 3, of the bill

16  after the period insert:  The failure of a defendant to appear

17  at any subsequent criminal proceeding or a breach by the

18  defendant of any other condition of the bond constitutes a

19  breach by the bail bond agent of this commitment and

20  obligation. The cost for services by the clerk of a circuit

21  court or a county court, whether required by law or as a

22  result of a request by the parties, resulting from the

23  defendant's failure to appear or by otherwise failing to

24  fulfill the conditions of the bond, shall be charged to the

25  bail bond agent as provided in ss. 28.24 and 34.041.
