  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to agriculture and consumer

  3         services; expressing the legislative intent to

  4         revise laws relating to the Department of

  5         Agriculture and Consumer Services and laws

  6         relating to agriculture and consumer services;

  7         providing an effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10

11         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

12  relating to the Department of Agriculture and Consumer

13  Services and laws relating to agriculture and consumer

14  services.

15         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2002.
