19 Section 2. Paragraph (x) of subsection (1) of section
20 215.22, Florida Statutes, is created to read:

22 exempt.--
23 (1) The following income of a revenue nature or the
24 following trust funds shall be exempt from the deduction
25 required by s. 215.20(1):
26 (x) The Florida Center for Nursing Trust Fund.
