  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Department of

  3         Agriculture and Consumer Services; expressing

  4         the legislative intent to revise laws relating

  5         to the Department of Agriculture and Consumer

  6         Services; providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

11  relating to the Department of Agriculture and Consumer

12  Services.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
