16  after the period, insert:  This section shall not apply to a

17  professional guardian, or to the employees of a professional

18  guardian, that is a trust company, a state banking corporation

19  or state savings association authorized and qualified to

20  exercise fiduciary powers in this state, or a national banking

21  association or federal savings and loan association authorized

22  and qualified to exercise fiduciary powers in this state.
