  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to smoking in public places;

  3         providing legislative intent; providing an

  4         effective date.

  6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  7

  8         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

  9  enact legislation relating to smoking in public places.

10         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2002.
