14         On page 2, lines 9-11,

15  remove:  all of said lines

17  and insert:  school safety zone after the principal or

18  designee, having a reasonable belief that he or she will

19  commit a crime or is engaged in harassment or intimidation of

20  students entering or leaving school property, requests him or

21  her to leave the school safety zone commits a misdemeanor of

22  the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s.

23  775.083. Nothing in this section shall be construed to abridge

24  or infringe upon the right of any person to peaceably assemble

25  and protest.
