14  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

15

16         Section 1.  Enrique Valledor Way designated; Department

17  of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--

18         (1)  That portion of 22nd Street from 16th Avenue to

19  14th Avenue in the City of Miami in Miami-Dade County is

20  hereby designated as "Enrique Valledor Way."

21         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

22  erect suitable markers designating Enrique Valledor Way as

23  described in subsection (1).

24         Section 2.  (1)  The new Rose Bay bridges on U.S.

25  Highway 1, between the Cities of New Smyrna Beach and Port

26  Orange, are dedicated in honor of United States military

27  personnel who were prisoners of war (POW's) or who are missing

28  in action (MIA's).

29         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

30  erect suitable markers designating the dedication in honor of

31  POW's and MIA's.

  1         Section 3.  (1)  That portion of I-275 which begins at

  2  the Pinellas County end of the Howard Franklin Bridge and,

  3  proceeding south, ends at the beginning of the Sunshine Skyway

  4  Bridge is designated as the "St. Petersburg Parkway."

  5         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

  6  erect suitable markers designating the "St. Petersburg

  7  Parkway" as described in subsection (1).

  8         Section 4.  "Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms

  9  Special Agent Ariel Rios Memorial Way."--

10         (1)  Northwest 87th Avenue in Miami-Dade County from

11  N.W. 41st Street to N.W. 52nd Street is designated "Bureau of

12  Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms Special Agent Ariel Rios

13  Memorial Way".

14         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

15  erect suitable markers.

16         Section 5.  "Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms

17  Special Agent Eddie Benitez Memorial Way."--

18         (1)  Northwest 87th Avenue in Miami-Dade County from

19  N.W. 52nd Street to N.W. 58th Street is designated "Bureau of

20  Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms Special Agent Eddie Benitez

21  Memorial Way".

22         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

23  erect suitable markers.

24         Section 6.  Temple Terrace Parkway.--

25         (1)  Notwithstanding section 334.071, Florida Statutes,

26  and chapter 67-789, Laws of Florida, State Road 580 within the

27  city limits of Temple Terrace, from the intersection of Busch

28  Boulevard and Overlook Drive through 56th Street, is renamed

29  "Temple Terrace Parkway."

30         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

31  erect suitable street signs indicating that the portion of

  3         Section 7.  Martin L. King, Jr., Drive designated;

  4  Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--

  5         (1)  That portion of State Road 50 from Ocoee to State

  6  Road 436 in Orange County is hereby designated as Martin L.

  7  King, Jr., Drive.

  8         (2)  The Department of Transportation is hereby

  9  directed to erect suitable markers designating Martin L. King,

10  Jr., Drive as described in subsection 1.

11         Section 8.  "Judge Steve Levine Boulevard" designated;

12  Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--

13         (1)  That portion of U.S. 1 between S.W. 216 Street and

14  S.W. 232 Street in Miami-Dade County is hereby designated as

15  Judge Steve Levine Boulevard.

16         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

17  erect suitable markers designating Judge Steve Levine

18  Boulevard as described in subsection (1).

19         Section 9.  Mamie Langdale Memorial Bridge designation;

20  markers.--

21         (1)  The new U.S. Highway 27 bridge in the City of

22  Moore Haven in Glades County is hereby designated as the

23  "Mamie Langdale Memorial Bridge."

24         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

25  erect suitable markers designating the "Mamie Langdale

26  Memorial Bridge" as described in subsection (1).

27         Section 10.  George Crady Bridge designation;

28  markers.--

29         (1)  The old Nassau Sound Bridge (bridge number 750055)

30  on State Road 105 in Nassau and Duval Counties is hereby

31  redesignated as the "George Crady Bridge."

19         Section 13.  Lynn Haven Parkway designation; markers.--

20         (1)  That portion of State Road 77 between Baldwin Road

21  and Mowat School Road in the City of Lynn Haven in Bay County

22  is hereby designated as the "Lynn Haven Parkway."

23         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

24  erect suitable markers designating the "Lynn Haven Parkway" as

25  described in subsection (1).

26         Section 14.  John S. "Steve" Dennard Bridge

27  designation; markers.--

28         (1)  The New River Bridge (bridge number 390031) on

29  State Road 16 in Bradford and Union Counties is hereby

30  designated as the "John S. 'Steve' Dennard Bridge."

13         Section 16.  Correctional Officers Memorial Highway

14  designation; markers.--

15         (1)  That portion of State Road 16 from the

16  northwestern city limits of Starke in Bradford County to State

17  Road 121 in Union County is hereby designated as the

18  "Correctional Officers Memorial Highway."

19         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

20  erect suitable markers designating the "Correctional Officers

21  Memorial Highway" as described in subsection (1).

22         Section 17.  Martin Luther King, Jr., Memorial Highway

23  designation; markers.--

24         (1)  That portion of U.S. Highway 41 located in White

25  Springs in Hamilton County is hereby designated as the "Martin

26  Luther King, Jr., Memorial Highway."

27         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

28  erect suitable markers designating the "Martin Luther King,

29  Jr., Memorial Highway" as described in subsection (1).

30         Section 18.  Purple Heart Memorial Highway designation;

16         (1)  That portion of U.S. Highway 17 from Crescent City

17  south to the Putnam/Volusia County boundary is hereby

18  designated as the "Jerome A. Williams Memorial Highway."

19         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

20  erect suitable markers designating the "Jerome A. Williams

21  Memorial Highway" as described in subsection (1).

22         Section 21.  "Veterans Memorial Highway" designation;

23  markers.--

24         (1)  That portion of State Road 100, beginning at the

25  western city limits of the Town of Flagler Beach in Flagler

26  County and continuing east to the eastern city limits of the

27  Town of Bunnell, is hereby designated as the "Veterans

28  Memorial Highway."

29         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

30  erect suitable markers designating the "Veterans Memorial

31  Highway" as described in subsection (1).

  5  (State Road 528) on the South to Curry Ford Road on the North

  6  is hereby designated as "Toni Jennings Boulevard."

  7         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

  8  erect suitable markers designating the "Toni Jennings

  9  Boulevard" as described in subsection (1).

10         Section 23.  Private Robert M. McTureous, Jr.,

11  U.S.M.C., Medal of Honor Memorial Highway designated.--

12         (1)  That portion of State Road 19 in Lake County from

13  the north end of Lake County to the intersection of State Road

14  19 and Highway 441 in Eustis is hereby designated as the

15  "Private Robert M. McTureous, Jr., U.S.M.C., Medal of Honor

16  Memorial Highway."

17         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

18  erect suitable markers designating the Private Robert M.

19  McTureous, Jr., U.S.M.C., Medal of Honor Memorial Highway as

20  described in subsection (1).

21         Section 24.  "Steven Cranman Boulevard" and "Ethel

22  Beckford Boulevard" designated; Department of Transportation

23  to erect suitable markers.--

24         (1)  That portion of U.S. 1 between S.W. 136th Street

25  and S.W. 186th Street in Miami-Dade County is hereby

26  designated as Steven Cranman Boulevard. The Department of

27  Transportation is directed to erect suitable markers

28  designating Steven Cranman Boulevard as described in this

29  subsection.

30         (2)  That portion of S.W. 186th Street between U.S. 1

31  and S.W. 107th Avenue in Miami-Dade County is hereby

25  County, from the west boundary of State House District 108 to

26  the east boundary of district 108, is hereby designated as

18         Section 30.  Morris Lapidus Boulevard designated;

19  Department of Transportation to erect suitable makers.--

20         (1)  That portion of State Road A1A (Collins Avenue) in

21  Miami Beach which begins 2,000 feet north of relocated 44th

22  Street, separates at relocated 44th Street into Indian Creek

23  Drive (southbound) and Collins Avenue (northbound) until those

24  roads merge at 25th Street, and continues south on Collins

25  Avenue to terminate just south of Lincoln Road is designated

26  as "Morris Lapidus Boulevard."

27         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

28  erect suitable markers designating Morris Lapidus Boulevard as

29  described in subsection (1).

30         Section 31.  "Dr. Luis Conte-Aguero Way" designated;
