16  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

18         Section 1.  Enrique Valledor Way designated; Department

19  of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--

20         (1)  That portion of 22nd Street from 16th Avenue to

21  14th Avenue in the City of Miami in Miami-Dade County is

22  hereby designated as "Enrique Valledor Way."

23         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

24  erect suitable markers designating Enrique Valledor Way as

25  described in subsection (1).

26         Section 2.  (1)  The new Rose Bay bridges on U.S.

27  Highway 1, between the Cities of New Smyrna Beach and Port

28  Orange, are dedicated in honor of United States military

29  personnel who were prisoners of war (POW's) or who are missing

30  in action (MIA's).

  1         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

  2  erect suitable markers designating the dedication in honor of

  4         Section 3.  (1)  That portion of I-275 which begins at

  5  the Pinellas County end of the Howard Franklin Bridge and,

  6  proceeding south, ends at the beginning of the Sunshine Skyway

  7  Bridge is designated as the "St. Petersburg Parkway."

  8         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

  9  erect suitable markers designating the "St. Petersburg

10  Parkway" as described in subsection (1).

11         Section 4.  "Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms

12  Special Agent Ariel Rios Memorial Way."--

13         (1)  Northwest 87th Avenue in Miami-Dade County from

14  N.W. 41st Street to N.W. 52nd Street is designated "Bureau of

15  Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms Special Agent Ariel Rios

16  Memorial Way".

17         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

18  erect suitable markers.

19         Section 5.  "Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms

20  Special Agent Eddie Benitez Memorial Way."--

21         (1)  Northwest 87th Avenue in Miami-Dade County from

22  N.W. 52nd Street to N.W. 58th Street is designated "Bureau of

23  Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms Special Agent Eddie Benitez

24  Memorial Way".

25         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

26  erect suitable markers.

27         Section 6.  Temple Terrace Parkway.--

28         (1)  Notwithstanding section 334.071, Florida Statutes,

29  and chapter 67-789, Laws of Florida, State Road 580 within the

30  city limits of Temple Terrace, from the intersection of Busch

  7         Section 7.  Martin L. King, Jr., Drive designated;

  9         (1)  That portion of State Road 50 from Ocoee to State

10  Road 436 in Orange County is hereby designated as Martin L.

11  King, Jr., Drive.

12         (2)  The Department of Transportation is hereby

13  directed to erect suitable markers designating Martin L. King,

14  Jr., Drive as described in subsection 1.

15         Section 8.  "Judge Steve Levine Boulevard" designated;

16  Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--

17         (1)  That portion of U.S. 1 between S.W. 216 Street and

18  S.W. 232 Street in Miami-Dade County is hereby designated as

19  Judge Steve Levine Boulevard.

20         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

21  erect suitable markers designating Judge Steve Levine

22  Boulevard as described in subsection (1).

23         Section 9.  Mamie Langdale Memorial Bridge designation;

24  markers.--

25         (1)  The new U.S. Highway 27 bridge in the City of

26  Moore Haven in Glades County is hereby designated as the

27  "Mamie Langdale Memorial Bridge."

28         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

29  erect suitable markers designating the "Mamie Langdale

30  Memorial Bridge" as described in subsection (1).

11         (1)  Bridge number 550122 on Thomasville Road in the

12  City of Tallahassee in Leon County is hereby designated as the

13  "Veterans Memorial Bridge."

14         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

15  erect suitable markers designating the "Veterans Memorial

16  Bridge" as described in subsection (1).

17         Section 12.  Doyle Parker Memorial Highway designation;

18  markers.--

19         (1)  U.S. Highway 17 from Wauchula to Bowling Green is

20  hereby designated as the "Doyle Parker Memorial Highway."

21         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

22  erect suitable markers designating the "Doyle Parker Memorial

23  Highway" as described in subsection (1).

24         Section 13.  Lynn Haven Parkway designation; markers.--

25         (1)  That portion of State Road 77 between Baldwin Road

26  and Mowat School Road in the City of Lynn Haven in Bay County

27  is hereby designated as the "Lynn Haven Parkway."

28         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

29  erect suitable markers designating the "Lynn Haven Parkway" as

30  described in subsection (1).

  9         Section 15.  Ed Fraser Memorial Highway designation;

11         (1)  State Road 121, from the Georgia-Florida line in

12  Baker County to the city limits of Lake Butler in Union

13  County, is hereby designated as the "Ed Fraser Memorial

14  Highway."

15         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

16  erect suitable markers designating the "Ed Fraser Memorial

17  Highway" as described in subsection (1).

18         Section 16.  Correctional Officers Memorial Highway

19  designation; markers.--

20         (1)  That portion of State Road 16 from the

21  northwestern city limits of Starke in Bradford County to State

22  Road 121 in Union County is hereby designated as the

23  "Correctional Officers Memorial Highway."

24         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

25  erect suitable markers designating the "Correctional Officers

26  Memorial Highway" as described in subsection (1).

27         Section 17.  Martin Luther King, Jr., Memorial Highway

28  designation; markers.--

29         (1)  That portion of U.S. Highway 41 located in White

30  Springs in Hamilton County is hereby designated as the "Martin

31  Luther King, Jr., Memorial Highway."

18  Memorial Highway" as described in subsection (1).

19         Section 20.  Jerome A. Williams Memorial Highway

20  designation; markers.--

21         (1)  That portion of U.S. Highway 17 from Crescent City

22  south to the Putnam/Volusia County boundary is hereby

23  designated as the "Jerome A. Williams Memorial Highway."

24         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

25  erect suitable markers designating the "Jerome A. Williams

26  Memorial Highway" as described in subsection (1).

27         Section 21.  "Veterans Memorial Highway" designation;

28  markers.--

29         (1)  That portion of State Road 100, beginning at the

30  western city limits of the Town of Flagler Beach in Flagler

31  County and continuing east to the eastern city limits of the

  7  Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--

  8         (1)  That portion of Semoran Boulevard in the City of

  9  Orlando in Orange County beginning at the Bee Line Expressway

10  (State Road 528) on the South to Curry Ford Road on the North

11  is hereby designated as "Toni Jennings Boulevard."

12         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

13  erect suitable markers designating the "Toni Jennings

14  Boulevard" as described in subsection (1).

15         Section 23.  Private Robert M. McTureous, Jr.,

16  U.S.M.C., Medal of Honor Memorial Highway designated.--

17         (1)  That portion of State Road 19 in Lake County from

18  the north end of Lake County to the intersection of State Road

19  19 and Highway 441 in Eustis is hereby designated as the

20  "Private Robert M. McTureous, Jr., U.S.M.C., Medal of Honor

21  Memorial Highway."

22         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

23  erect suitable markers designating the Private Robert M.

24  McTureous, Jr., U.S.M.C., Medal of Honor Memorial Highway as

25  described in subsection (1).

26         Section 24.  "Steven Cranman Boulevard" and "Ethel

27  Beckford Boulevard" designated; Department of Transportation

28  to erect suitable markers.--

29         (1)  That portion of U.S. 1 between S.W. 136th Street

30  and S.W. 186th Street in Miami-Dade County is hereby

31  designated as Steven Cranman Boulevard. The Department of

  7  Transportation is directed to erect suitable markers

  8  designating Ethel Beckford Boulevard as described in this

  9  subsection.

10         Section 25.  "Phicol Williams Boulevard" designated;

11  Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--

12         (1)  That portion of State Road 5 (U.S. 1) between S.W.

13  312th Street and S.W. 328th Street in Miami-Dade County is

14  hereby designated as Phicol Williams Boulevard.

15         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

16  erect suitable markers designating Phicol Williams Boulevard

17  as described in subsection (1).

18         Section 26.  "Arthur Mays Boulevard" designated;

19  Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--

20         (1)  That portion of S.W. 112 Avenue from U.S. 1 to

21  S.W. 230 Street in Miami-Dade County is hereby designated as

22  Arthur Mays Boulevard.

23         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

24  erect suitable markers designating Arthur Mays Boulevard as

25  described in subsection (1).

26         Section 27.  "Jean-Jacques Dessalines Boulevard"

19  U.S. 1, is hereby designated as Frederick Douglass Boulevard.

20         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

21  erect suitable makers designating Frederick Douglass Boulevard

22  as described in subsection (1).

23         Section 30.  "Dr. Luis Conte-Aguero Way" designated;

24  Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--

25         (1)  That portion of S.W. 24th Street (Coral Way)

26  between 25th Avenue and 28th Avenue in Miami-Dade County is

27  hereby designated as "Dr. Luis Conte-Aguero Way".

28         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

18         Section 33.  Borinquen Boulevard designation;

19  markers.--

20         (1)  That portion of North 36th Street (State Road 25)

21  from Biscayne Boulevard to N.W. 7th Avenue is hereby

22  designated "Borinquen Boulevard" in honor of Miami-Dade

23  County's Puerto Rican community.

24         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

25  erect suitable markers designating the "Borinquen Boulevard"

26  as described in subsection (1).

27         Section 34.  "Stanley Whitman Boulevard" designation;

28  markers.--

29         (1)  Designating the portion of State Road 922 (96th

30  Street) which provides entry and exit into the Bal Harbour

31  Shops as "Stanley Whitman Boulevard".

11         Section 36.  "South Miami All-American Parkway"

12  designation; markers.--

13         (1)  U.S. 1 from 57th Avenue to S.W. 80th Street in

14  Miami-Dade County is designated as "South Miami All-American

15  Parkway."

16         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

17  erect suitable markers designating "South Miami All-American

18  Parkway" as described in subsection (1).

19         Section 37.  "Senator Ginny Brown-Waite Highway"

20  designation; markers.--

21         (1)  State Road 50 from U.S. 75 to U.S. 19 in Hernando

22  County is designated as the "Senator Ginny Brown-Waite

23  Highway."

24         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

25  erect suitable markers designating the "Senator Ginny

26  Brown-Waite Highway" as described in subsection (1).

27         Section 38.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

28  law.
