  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to education; expressing the

  3         legislative intent to enact laws allowing

  4         commercial advertising on school buses;

  5         providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact laws

10  allowing commerical advertising on school buses.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

12  law.
