12  recommended the following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 

15         On page 6, between lines 15 and 16,

17  insert:

18         Section 4.  Effective July 1, 2002, for the purposes of

19  funding the provisions of this act, the contribution rate that

20  applies to the Regular Class of the Florida Retirement System

21  shall be increased by .02 percentage points.
