  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to state-agency publications;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to enact laws

  4         requiring written requests to receive

  5         state-agency publications; providing an

  6         effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact laws

11  requiring written requests to receive state-agency

12  publications.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
