  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to government accountability;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to enact laws

  4         providing for outcome-based accountability of

  5         governmental agencies; providing an effective

  6         date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact laws

11  providing for outcome-based accountability of governmental

12  agencies.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
