  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to mental health; expressing

  3         the legislative intent to revise the Baker Act;

  4         providing an effective date.

  6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  7

  8         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise the Baker

  9  Act.

10         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

11  law.
