  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to public lodging and

  3         food-service establishments; expressing the

  4         legislative intent to revise laws relating to

  5         reinspections of the premises of public lodging

  6         and food-service establishments; providing an

  7         effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

12  relating to reinspections of the premises of public lodging

13  and food-service establishments.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

15  law.
