  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to intergovernmental programs;

  3         declaring the intent of the Legislature to

  4         enact legislation revising chapter 163, F.S.,

  5         with respect to utility substation siting;

  6         providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

11  enact legislation revising chapter 163, Florida Statutes, with

12  respect to utility substation siting.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2002.
