  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to growth management;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to revise ch.

  4         163, F.S., to provide for condominium

  5         redevelopment; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

10  revise section 163.3191, Florida Statutes, relating to the

11  evaluation and appraisal of comprehensive plans, to require

12  local governments to address the feasibility of redevelopment

13  and the property rights of properties located within

14  high-hazard areas.

15         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2002.
