14         Senate Amendment 

15         On page 6, between lines 11 and 12,

17  insert:

18         (8)  Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the

19  contrary, any commercial and entertainment complex located on

20  property with a minimum of 50 acres shall not be annexed

21  pursuant to the procedures set forth in this section unless

22  the applicable owner or owners consent to such annexation.
