  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Department of Insurance;

  3         declaring the legislative intent to enact

  4         legislation relating to the department;

  5         providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

10  enact legislation relating to the Department of Insurance.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2002.
