  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Department of Labor and

  3         Employment Security; expressing the legislative

  4         intent to enact laws relating to the Department

  5         of Labor and Employment Security; providing an

  6         effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact laws

11  relating to the Department of Labor and Employment Security.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.
