  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to road designations;

  3         designating a portion of roadway in Miami-Dade

  4         County as "Dr. Luis Conte-Aguero Way";

  5         directing the Department of Transportation to

  6         erect suitable markers; providing an effective

  7         date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10  

11         Section 1.  Dr. Luis Conte-Aguero Way designation;

12  markers.--

13         (1)  That portion of S.W. 24th Street (Coral Way),

14  between 25th Avenue and 28th Avenue, in Miami-Dade County is

15  hereby designated as "Dr. Luis Conte-Aguero Way."

16         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

17  erect suitable markers designating "Dr. Luis Conte-Aguero Way"

18  as described in subsection (1).

19         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

20  law.

23                          HOUSE SUMMARY

24    Designates a portion of S.W. 24th Street in Miami-Dade
      County as "Dr. Luis Conte-Aguero Way" and directs the
25    Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.
