  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to road designations;

  3         designating a portion of roadway in Miami-Dade

  4         County as "Olga Chorens and Tony Alvarez Way";

  5         directing the Department of Transportation to

  6         erect suitable markers; providing an effective

  7         date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10  

11         Section 1.  Olga Chorens and Tony Alvarez Way

12  designation; markers.--

13         (1)  That portion of S.W. 8th Street, between 27th

14  Avenue and 32nd Avenue, in Miami-Dade County is hereby

15  designated as "Olga Chorens and Tony Alvarez Way."

16         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

17  erect suitable markers designating "Olga Chorens and Tony

18  Alvarez Way" as described in subsection (1).

19         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

20  law.
