  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to public records; expressing

  3         the legislative intent to reenact exemptions

  4         from public-records and public-meetings

  5         requirements for certain proceedings of the

  6         Commission for Independent Education; providing

  7         an effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10

11         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to reenact

12  exemptions from public-records and public-meetings

13  requirements for certain proceedings of probable-cause panels

14  created for the Commission for Independent Education.

15         Section 2.  This act shall take effect January 7, 2003.
