  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to workforce-development

  3         education; expressing the legislative intent to

  4         revise ch. 239, F.S.; providing an effective

  5         date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise chapter

10  239, Florida Statutes, relating to workforce-development

11  education.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect January 7, 2003.
