14 On page 132, between lines 14 and 15,

16 insert: Section 35. Section 240.20125, Florida Statutes, is
17 created to read:
18 240.20125 State University and College Boards of
19 Trustees Council.--
20 (1) The State University and College Boards of
21 Trustees Council is established, to be comprised of the
22 chairpersons of each of the university and college boards of
23 trustees and the chairperson of the State Board of Education.
24 The council is directed to provide statewide policy direction
25 and guidance relative to the state universities and colleges.
26 (2) All meetings of the State University and College
27 Boards of Trustees Council shall be open to the public in
28 accordance with s. 286.011 and s. 24(b), Art. I of the State
29 Constitution, unless made confidential or exempt by law.
