  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to education; expressing

  3         legislative intent to revise the provisions of

  4         chapter 240, F.S.; providing an effective date.

  5

  6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  7

  8         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

  9  enact legislation to address the legislative review of chapter

10  240, Florida Statutes, mandated by chapter 2000-321, Laws of

11  Florida.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect January 7, 2003.
