14         On page 2,line 30, through page 3, line 3,

15  remove:  all of said lines

17  and insert:  the Commission on Capital Cases, that he or she

18  cannot provide adequate or proper representation under the

19  terms and conditions set forth in s. 27.711, shall be

20  permanently disqualified from any attorney registry created

21  under this chapter, unless good cause arises after a change in

22  circumstances.
