13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 1, line 21, after the period,

15

16  insert:  A racetrack or pari-mutuel facility located within an

17  enterprise zone may not receive any benefits or incentives due

18  to its location within that enterprise zone until the

19  racetrack or pari-mutuel facility is no longer licensed as a

20  racetrack or pari-mutuel facility.

24  And the title is amended as follows:

25         On page 1, line 6, after the semicolon,

27  insert:

28         prohibiting a racetrack or pari-mutuel facility

29         from receiving benefits or incentives due to

30         its location within an enterprise zone;
