13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 10, line 8, delete everything after the

15  enacting clause

17  and insert:

18         Section 1.  Subsection (7) of section 3 of chapter

19  2000-321, Laws of Florida, is repealed.

20         Section 2.  This act shall take effect January 7, 2003.

24  And the title is amended as follows:

25         On page 10, line 7, delete everything before the

26  enacting clause

28  and insert:

29         repealing s. 3(7), ch. 2000-321, L.O.F.,

30         relating to repeal of certain sections of the

31         Florida Statutes; providing an effective date.
