13         Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 2, line 15, of the bill

16  insert:

17         Section 4.  "Toussaint L'Ouverture Boulevard"

18  designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable

19  markers.--

20         (1)  State Road 922 on N.W. 125th Street in Miami-Dade

21  County, from N.W. 7th Avenue to Griffin Boulevard, is hereby

22  designated as Toussaint L'Ouverture Boulevard.

23         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

24  erect suitable makers designating Toussaint L'Ouverture

25  Boulevard as described in subsection (1).

26         Section 5.  "Frederick Douglass Boulevard" designated;

27  Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--

28         (1)  State Road 915 on N.E. 6th Avenue in Miami-Dade

29  County, from the north boundary of State House District 108 to

30  U.S. 1, is hereby designated as Frederick Douglass Boulevard.

31         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to
