  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to education; expressing the

  3         legislative intent to revise chapters 230, 241,

  4         and 244, F.S.; providing an effective date.

  5

  6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  7

  8         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise chapters

  9  230, 241, and 244, Florida Statutes, relating to education as

10  required by chapter 2000-321, Laws of Florida.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect January 7, 2003.
