  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to commerce; expressing the

  3         intent of the Legislature to enact policies

  4         fostering commerce and economic opportunities;

  5         providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

10  enact policies that foster commerce and produce economic

11  opportunities for individuals and businesses in the state.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.
