13         Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 1, between lines 12 and 13, of the bill

17         Section 1.   Subsection (11) is added to section

18  794.011, Florida Statutes, to read:

19         (11)  When mental defect or mental incapacity of the

20  victim is in issue, an expert witness who is licensed pursuant

21  to chapter 490 or chapter 458, may be utilized.
