14 On page 9, between lines 20 and 21, of the amendment

17 Section 15. Section 470.0357, Florida Statutes, is
18 created to read:
19 470.0357 DNA analysis of human remains.--A licensee or
20 registrant under this chapter in charge of the final
21 disposition of dead human remains shall, before final
22 disposition of the human remains, take two biological
23 specimens from the deceased for DNA analysis as defined in s.
24 760.40. One DNA sample shall be retained by the licensee or
25 registrant and one DNA sample shall be given to the next of
26 kin or legal representative of the deceased.
