14         On page 1, lines 15-18, delete those lines

16  and insert:

17         (6)  "Prisoner" means any person who is under civil or

18  criminal arrest and in the lawful custody of any law

19  enforcement official, or any person convicted and sentenced by

20  any court and committed to or detained in any municipal or

21  county jail or state prison, prison farm,
