  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the state courts; expressing

  3         legislative intent to enact legislation

  4         relating to the duties and activities of state

  5         courts; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

10  enact legislation relating to the duties and activities of

11  state courts.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2002.
