  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Attorney General and the

  3         Department of Legal Affairs; expressing

  4         legislative intent to enact legislation

  5         relating to the Attorney General and the

  6         Department of Legal Affairs; providing an

  7         effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10

11         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

12  enact legislation relating to the duties and activities of the

13  Attorney General and the Department of Legal Affairs.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2002.
