  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the judiciary; expressing

  3         legislative intent to enact legislation

  4         relating to the judiciary; providing an

  5         effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

10  enact legislation relating to the judiciary.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2002.
