  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the judiciary; expressing

  3         legislative intent to enact legislation

  4         relating to the duties and activities of the

  5         judiciary; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

10  enact legislation relating to the duties and activities of the

11  judiciary.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2002.
